Maddie Taylor (born Matt Taylor, December 31, 1966) is a trans American voice actress. She voiced Ivan, Glen's buddy and others penguins of Shiverpool and of The Pen Gu Island in the film Surf's Up and Reggie Belafonte and Elliot in the Surf's Up video game.
